Description
The Warne® Shotgun Receiver Mount is designed to mount reflex sights directly to most drilled-and-tapped shotgun receivers. This low-profile mount provides a secure, streamlined mounting solution that fits most common reflex-style red dot footprints, including RMR, Docter, RMS-C, DeltaPoint, and more. Utilizing two existing receiver holes, it positions your optic close to the receiver for a natural sight picture and minimal added weight
Fits shotgun receivers with either 6-48 or 8-40 screws (included) and hole spacings from .500 inch to 1.135 inch span. (Warne suggests using the 2 holes closest to the front or barrel end of the receiver)

Installation Instructions

- Identify the correct mounting holes using the included reversable alignment pins and install optic on the mount so the arrow is facing forward toward the muzzle end of the rifle.
- Mount and torque to optic manufacturer’s specifications.
- Place the mount directly on the receiver and align with 2 of the screw holes so the arrow on the bottom of the mount (FIGURE 3) is facing forward toward the barrel end of the receiver (we suggest using the 2 holes closest to the front or barrel end of the receiver). Note that one hole will align with the rear screw hole, and the front hole is elongated to fit a variety of screw spacings. (FIGURE 1).
- Confirm the correct screw size for your firearm and install the proper screws from the hardware provided. (FIGURE 2) Torque the screws to the torque value your firearm manufacturer recommends and use a REMOVABLE thread-locking compound for best results.
**Many scope manufacturers’ have established specific torque ratings for their scope and you must follow their recommended torque.
IMPORTANT: NEVER OVER TIGHTEN ANY BASE OR RING SCREW. NEVER ATTACH A SCOPE IF THE OBJECTIVE TOUCHES THE BARREL OR CAUSES INTERFERENCE WITH THE BOLT, SAFETY OR CYCLING OF THE ACTION. ALWAYS FOLLOW THE FIREARM OR SCOPE MANUFACTURERS’ RECOMMENDED TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN GUNSMITHING METHODS.
If you are unsure or do not have the proper tools, please contact a gunsmith for assistance, Warne will not be held liable for stripped/damaged receivers or scopes.
